parents pay for the child’s tuition expenses?
Parents only pay
10% of the tuition expenses while in some cases The Foundation finds
other sources of payment for those who cannoy pay.

how does the Foundation cover its expenses?
The Foundation covers
its expenses as follows: 40% are generally covered by the government
subsidy; 10% are covered by the parents’ tuition fees and
the remaining 50% are covered by donations and fun-raising activities.
